Review AI drafts and control spend
Use approval queues, clear feedback and per-task limits to keep decisions and costs visible.
Make the review queue part of the process
An AI result is a draft to inspect, not proof that an action is correct. Read the source material, check names and numbers, and make sure the result answers the original task before accepting it or sending it back.
Setu keeps tasks, results and approval decisions in the company workspace. Depending on your approval settings, a draft may wait for your decision before it is sent or changed outside the company.
Make corrections useful
When you return a draft, give a concrete reason: what is wrong, what should change, and what evidence to use. Setu can retain that feedback as an employee lesson for later work. Review lessons periodically so an old correction does not become a bad rule.
History records company actions for later review. A history entry is an audit record; it does not by itself prove that a third-party action succeeded unless the corresponding result confirms it.
Set spending limits before live runs
Live AI requests reserve an estimated cost before they run and settle measured usage afterward. Setu provides ceilings at company, department, employee and task levels. A limit is a guardrail, not prepaid credit, and it does not cap charges from an AI provider when you use your own key.
Use Plan & usage to review the authorized limit, usage, held amounts and available balance. If a task stops at its limit, review the requested increase before deciding whether it should run again.
A short review routine
- Open pending approvals and compare each draft with its task.
- Check the employee, source material and any external action being requested.
- Accept, edit or return the work with a clear reason.
- Review spending and stopped work before increasing a limit or restarting a task.
