Setu is not currently registered under GST. No GST is charged on Setu plans or add-ons, and the price shown is the full amount you pay. Every payment produces a numbered payment receipt; it is not a GST tax invoice, so input tax credit cannot be claimed on it. If we register for GST we will email account owners in advance and issue tax invoices from then on; any change to what you pay applies only from your next period.
Within 7 days of a payment, when fewer than 10 runs of that period were used, ask for a refund from your invoice list; refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
