Design an AI team around real work
Turn one business outcome into clear employee roles, useful instructions and work a person can review.
Start with an outcome
Choose a piece of work with a clear finish line: a weekly sales report, a first draft of a customer reply, or a review of new research. A specific outcome makes it easier to choose the right people and judge the result.
In Setu, describe the business and the work you want done in plain words. The team planner can propose departments and draft employees. Read those proposals before activating anyone; drafts do not run live work.
Give each employee one clear job
Write instructions around the employee’s responsibility, the information it may use, and what a good handoff looks like. A manager can coordinate work and review a team, while specialists handle bounded pieces of the task.
Set reporting lines to show who manages whom. Reporting helps employees plan and explain their work, but permissions still come from your role, connection grants, approval rules and spending limits.
- Name the deliverable and who will use it.
- State what the employee must check and when it should ask for help.
- Keep review responsibility with a person, especially for customer-facing work.
Try the process before live work
Practice mode uses structured examples and does not call a live AI provider. When the team and instructions are ready, choose a supported AI engine and decide whether to use your own key or an available platform option.
Set a company spending limit before live runs. Setu also supports limits for departments, employees and individual tasks; review the estimate and the measured usage in Plan & usage.
Keep the person in the loop
Results that need a decision appear for review. Send a draft back with a reason when it needs work; Setu can retain that correction as a lesson for later tasks. Check the approval settings before allowing any action to happen without an individual decision.
